This place is so great for families, I came with 3 young children (5 and under) and we stayed here very comfortably. Shaun’s place has a pack and play and a high chair, is very clean and comfortable. However, the location really can’t be beat if you are a family. The apartment is (i) right above a nice bodega with great lunch and breakfast options (great bagels, muffins and fruit options), (ii) 2 blocks away from a dinosaur park for the kids, and (iii) one block away from the express 123 subway line (which is stroller accessible and amazing! ). There are lots of cute places to eat nearby and you can even walk to the American Museum of Natural History. If I lived in NYC with kids, I would have been very happy in this neighborhood. I would be very happy to stay here again – so happy we found this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great spot— the place was immaculate, well decorated (pleasing, free of clutter, crisp and comfortable) and a perfect location for exploring NYC. Nice city views, good light (blackout curtains when you don’t want the sunlight) and solid A/C units. Close proximity to subway and lots within walking distance. Shaun was responsive and provided all the info we needed in advance of our stay. Definitely would stay here again.
